Vladimiria and I looked at each other, worried. We both rushed into Tak's room with Hama scurrying close behind, her candle lighting our way. We all barged into Tak's room, and I immediately felt my heart sink when I saw him lying on his side in a tight ball in the middle of the room on the floor, surrounded by a pool of the black blood, shaking and whining and struggling to breathe. Vladimiria went to get some towels to clean up the black ooze while Hama took a step closer to him.

"Stay back, Hama," I said, nudging my daughter away gently. She gave me a worried look and I looked down at her. "Momma and I can handle this…"

''Survivor'' part 8: Christmas Vladimiria's POV

"It's Christmas!" I heard my daughter squeal that morning. She ran out of her room and quickly sat down at her place at the table. "Merry Christmas, Momma," she piped.

"Merry Christmas, sweetheart," I smiled.

"Where's our boy Tak?" My husband asked. He was busy making special treats for this morning in the kitchen.

Hama put her finger to her lip, tapping it. "I think he's still in bed…" she mumbled. She looked up at me. "Should I get him up?"

"Yes, we're spending this moment together as a family," I replied. And with that, Hama got up and hurried into Tak's room and I could barely make out what they

Say hello to Toad, the newest character to my 'Survivor" series. Let me tell you some basic information about him....

Name: Toader "Toad" Falcon. His real Toader Falcon, but he prefers to be called 'Toad', like the animal.

Age: 15...looks a bit older, don't you think? With his O MIGHTY BEARD OF WISDOM?

Personality: Very wise, caring, rather spontaneous, but if you get him mad, he can be like one of those face-eating loonies. O-O

Heritage: No one knows where this kid really came from...o3o

Likes: Pie, the number 42, nature, wolves, life and the stars, and a bunch of other crap. Mostly really likes anything weird.

Dislikes: Face-eating crazies, people who bother the sh*t out of him constantly when he's meditating or concentrating (yet he'll do it back), or just really dumb people who he has no idea why they were put onto earth in the first place and have poop for brains. Over all, nothing really bothers him 'cause he's just that freaking cool. T3T

Weapon: HIS MIND....

Nah, jk....but seriously, this kid's got like an answer to everything.

Dragon:

No clue. ~PhycoToad never said if he had one.

Other info: Do not challenge Toad to ANYTHING, for you will just get beat and make an embarrassment of yourself and your future generations. O-o Toad also has a friend named Sage, who he takes along on his insane adventures as he travels the world...Or when he just goes anywhere around his village. Most of the time on the adventures, he nearly killing her or vise-versa (Sage usually tries to after he's gotten her mad with some spiced ham or something to set her off), but they're still really fun adventures.

You: Oh no, trust me, I wouldn't dare! DId you ever meet a young man named Tak?

Hugo: ...Maybe? *shrug*

You: Well, I once had him run through his village completely naked and dry-hump everyone he came across! I even made him throw mashed potatoes at eldery people while in a Hello Kitty dress! And that was just with the permission of his creator! And since I am YOUR creator, I have no limits of what I can do to you!

This is brilliant...even a monkey riding a unicorn with lightsaber for a horn through space while on fire, heading to another galaxy to sell prawn insurance doesn't measure up to this!...*notices the bit about Sage* Hehehe...spiced ham...a threat in ANY time period it seems!

*reads further down...notices the bit about the dragon* ...She's right...I never DID design him a dragon......THIS MUST BE REVERSED! TO THE VOID OF DEEP THOUGHT! *runs to the drawing table*

...And yes...I will hate in an any time period I enter...spiced ham doesn't change, you know. IT'S NEVER GOING TO STOP BEING EVIL.

I always pictured Toad having one of those really big Chinese dragons (or something of that style) that are wise, or one of those little ones that steal foood and can change color or comething...
